Built from the implementation floor

TriMundo did not arrive at software from the outside. We arrived at it after two and a half decades of leading enterprise HR systems and SAP SuccessFactors programs: architecture, security, integration, data migration, and the governance that holds them together.

Work at that depth teaches you something a product roadmap cannot: which problems come up on every engagement. The gaps that no amount of configuration closes, that each client solves again from scratch, usually with spreadsheets and someone's memory.

Those are the problems worth building for. So we did — as proper SaaS: multi-tenant, single sign-on, running on SAP Business Technology Platform, and opening from a custom navigation entry inside SuccessFactors itself.

Role-based permissions are where the sensitive decisions live — and they drift. When an auditor asks what your access model looked like at a date in the past, SuccessFactors has no native answer. RBP Advisor does.
