These are TriMundo's standard published terms. Where you have signed a Subscription Agreement and Order Form with TriMundo, that agreement governs and prevails over anything on this page.
RBP Advisor for SAP SuccessFactors is a subscription service operated by TriMundo LLC on SAP Business Technology Platform. It captures point-in-time snapshots of Role-Based Permission configuration from a customer's SAP SuccessFactors instance, compares any two snapshots to identify what changed, records how each change was classified and by whom, and produces compliance reports and exports.
Access to SAP SuccessFactors is read-only. RBP Advisor does not write to, or alter, your SuccessFactors configuration.
Subscriptions run for an initial term of twelve months from the start date, and renew for successive twelve-month terms unless either party gives notice not to renew at least 30 days before the end of the current term. There is no multi-year commitment.
Editions differ by capacity — employee headcount, number of connected SAP SuccessFactors instances, and included snapshot captures per instance per contract year. The full feature set is included in every paid edition.
Fees are those set out on the SAP Store listing or on your Order Form. Monthly prices are published; unless your Order Form says otherwise, invoicing is quarterly, and Enterprise subscriptions are billed annually.
One-time implementation fees are separate from subscription fees and are invoiced on commencement.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, VAT or similar taxes, other than taxes on TriMundo's income.
Where an edition is fenced by employee headcount, that headcount is measured on active employee records in the connected instance. If your headcount moves into a higher band, the applicable edition price applies from the next renewal.
A free trial may be offered on a non-productive SAP SuccessFactors instance only. The trial runs for 45 days, with a guaranteed minimum of 30 days from your first successful snapshot capture; if implementation delays leave less, we extend it without charge.
A free trial never converts automatically into a paid subscription. A paid subscription begins only when you place an order.
You agree not to resell or sublicense the service, to attempt to access another customer's data, to reverse engineer the service, to use it to store data unrelated to permission governance, or to use it in breach of applicable law.
You retain all rights in the data captured into your tenancy. TriMundo processes it only to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Statement.
Access to the service continues for 30 days after the end of the subscription so that you can download your snapshots, compliance reports and evidence attachments. At the end of that period your data is deleted. TriMundo does not provide data in any other form on termination.
TriMundo retains all rights in RBP Advisor, including its software, documentation and report formats. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription. SAP, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP BTP are trademarks of SAP SE; TriMundo is an SAP PartnerEdge partner and is not SAP.
Support is provided by email to support@trimundo.net. We acknowledge requests promptly and respond substantively within two business days; requests where the service is unavailable are responded to within one business day.
Optional managed services are available and are described on your Order Form.
We aim to keep the service available at all times, and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Where your Order Form includes a service level commitment, that commitment applies. In the absence of one, the service is provided without a contractual availability guarantee.
TriMundo warrants that the service will perform materially as described in its documentation. Otherwise the service is provided "as is", and TriMundo disclaims all other warranties to the extent permitted by law.
RBP Advisor reports on the configuration it captures. It supports your compliance programme; it does not constitute an audit opinion, legal advice, or a warranty that your permission configuration meets any regulatory standard. Responsibility for classification decisions and for sign-off rests with your management.
Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, however arising. Each party's total aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid or payable by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may suspend the service if fees are more than 30 days overdue, or if continued use presents a security risk, in each case after giving notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not remedied within 30 days of written notice.
We may update these terms. The version in force for your subscription is the version published at the start of your then-current term; changes take effect for you at your next renewal.
If you have signed a Subscription Agreement and Order Form with TriMundo, those documents govern your subscription and prevail over these terms in the event of any conflict. These terms apply where no signed agreement is in place.
Subscriptions licensed through the SAP Store are governed by the applicable SAP Contracting Entity and its specified governing law and jurisdiction. For all other instances, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Dallas, Texas, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
